In 2009, we started as a small legal firm providing limited services, restricted to one major city in India. We struggled – we struggled to get a 6 X 6 feet “Premium” office space in the High Court Area, we struggled with the predatory and fluctuating fee structures for legal services, we struggled to reach common public as a service provider as opposed to “get a lawyer when you are in trouble” type works. Basically, we felt that we are the tiniest part of an aged industry which could never change itself. We felt like outsiders. But we kept at it anyway, with a strong desire to change the status-quo.
